Debut album about the love and culture of reggae music said only through the experiences of life. We are all connected through One Love
SONGS
1. Di Sand Hot: This song is about a beach dance party around a bonfire. Everyone is invited, and everyone shares the same passion to have a good time together and skank to some reggae vibes.
2. Fellas: This song is about how much fun it is sometimes just hanging and partying with the guys. The ladies aren’t around it’s just a guys night out.
3. Rum: This song is about the joy and simplicity of jungle juice. A big bowl of fruit and alcohol that everyone shares. An unpretentious communal beverage that everyone enjoys and gets the people skankin’.
4. Gettin’ Home: This song is about walking home alone after the bar closes. Rolling joints with new friends you meet on the way home walking along the beach. Life is about experiences and sharing unique moments with others that will most likely never happen in that exact way ever again.
5. Wanna be gangsta don: This song is about trying to find pineapple ganja in Jamaica, someone telling us he had it, taking a ride on his scooter to git it, getting locked in his shack, and then robbing him after he threatened me and went to get his friends.
6. Morning Beers: This song is simply about the joy of partying in the morning with the guys and having morning beers.
7. Jah: This song is about the joy of love through Jah and that ALL things in life are connected. Energy is only moved around. Energy is not created nor destroyed. It is simply repurposed. We say, “One Love!”
8. Love di growin’: This song is about the best ganja in the world, which is simple. It’s grown outdoors in Jamaica. No big green houses and automatic lighting. Jamaica can simply grow it outdoors in the sun, and clouds, which makes a fun smoke all day kind of herb that is not too strong. This is the way it should be. Not too strong, and grown by the sun.
9. Mi Gyal: This song is about learning to be a better man for your woman. Learning to offer more to the relationship. We have lifelong journey of being better to and for our women in our lives. We have to find the strength and courage inside of ourselves to seek and find those continued improvements.
10. Taxi Man: This song is about going from the airport to the beach with a amazing taxi driver. We stopped to buy ganja, but couldn’t’ afford much. We bought enough for 2 joints. He rolled a perfect splif, while driving, with just one hand. He was incredibly talented and a very nice person. We need more people like that in our lives.
11. No Gyals: This song is about being a younger man and trying to meet new gyals at the bar. It’s hard, and you get rejected more than you succeed. But you learn that when you just went out with the guys, had a great time, and were just yourself, that things always worked out for the better.
